Our puppies are 100% guaranteed to be in good health and free of any signs of infection and any contagious or communicable diseases at the time of purchase. We take pride in the fact that our relationship with you does not end when you take home a puppy from us. As a family of breeders, experienced Chihuahua puppy counsellors, and die-hard puppy lovers, we’d like to believe nothing can ever go wrong with our puppies. However, certain things are never in our control. A puppy’s health is dependent on a lot of factors like genetics, exercise, food & nourishment and overall care. While we may not be able to guarantee that your puppy will never have a health problem, we guarantee to do our best to ensure your new family member is a healthy one!

The seller certifies that the Chihuahua puppy you purchase is in sound health at the time of sale to the best of my knowledge, and has been given all vaccinations and wormings stated on the vaccination record provided to the buyer(s). We do my best to provide the new owner with a healthy puppy. The buyer will become responsible for further vaccination, boosters and wormings. If this puppy becomes sick or has a genetic default, the following stipulations must be adhered to in order for a replacement to be made. Official report from a licensed vet stating, without a doubt, the puppy has a genetic defect that would hinder the pup, must be sent to me along with a phone number of the vet’s office. If the puppy should die, an autopsy must be done by a licensed vet stating the cause of death. The documentation must be forwarded to me before a determination will be made. The seller reserves the right to confirm the diagnosis with a vet of my choice. The seller will not be responsible for any expense you may incur, including return shipping and vet expenses.

This warranty applies only to the original buyer. Parasites are not covered under warranty as a puppy can pick these up overnight in travel. Your puppy will be up to date on worming’s and should be wormed regularly as recommended by your vet.

We have raised these puppies from sound parents and it is your responsibility to take good care of them to ensure a long healthy life. You may play an important role in helping your puppy grow into a healthy adult.

If you are not able to keep this pup in the future and wish to return it to the seller, you may do so along with the paperwork provided by their seller at the time of purchase. You WILL NOT receive a refund for this pup.

We, Dream Teacup Chihuahua Home, the seller, do hereby agree to offer a 1 Year Health Guarantee on this puppy as stated in the conditions above.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

Nothing delights us more than knowing we were able to bring a healthy, happy puppy to your home. We do seek out your help to ensure your puppy remains healthy. Here are a few measures that will help:
Send us a copy of the examination(medical record) within 4 business days of receiving your puppy. The examination must be performed by a licensed vet. Your puppy will come with up-to-date, age-appropriate vaccinations, so make sure you do not vaccinate within the first ten days of receiving your puppy. While we de-worm & vaccinate your puppy till the departure date, we’d like you to continue proper de-worming & conducting regular exams up to 16 weeks of age or more (or as recommended by your vet).

EXCEPTIONS TO OUR GUARANTEE:

We cannot guarantee the disposition or temperament, conformation, size, weight, color, markings or breeding ability of your new puppy.No replacements will be given if the breeds that are known to be prone to hip dysplasia, are over-weight.Failure to provide your puppy with timely inoculations or regular veterinary care will void this guarantee.This guarantee does not cover any costs associated with spaying or neutering, including undescended testes.

We require all our puppies to undergo an extensive health check before they come home to you. This health check is performed by our vet, who is required to fill out our Veterinary Health Report. This report, created for us by a licensed veterinarian, is designed to examine the condition of every puppy for: Cardiovascular, Skin, Coat, Eyes, Mouth, Teeth, Gums, Musculoskeletal, Respiratory, Ears, Urogenital and Gastrointestinal.

We require this report to be filled in close to the date of your puppy coming home to you so as to safeguard that your puppy’s health evaluation is a recent one. This report is then reviewed internally for any issues or concerns notated by our veterinarian. We also require that you have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within four days of receiving the puppy.
